As part of operating a compliant and professional short-term rental business, it is the responsibility of the Property Manager (PM) to ensure the correct compliance documentation is in place for all bookings—both direct and via OTAs.

Felix provides the following template documents to assist you in meeting these obligations, but it is up to the PM to review, customise, and implement them as required for your business.

1. Terms & Conditions Template
Outlines the rules and responsibilities between you and your guests, including payment terms, check-in/out, and property usage.

2. Cancellation Policy
Defines your cancellation policy for direct bookings. It makes sense to align your policy across different platforms, but not vital. We include links and/or discussions regarding different platforms.

3.Privacy Policy

Document that outlines how an organization collects, uses, and protects personal information obtained from individuals. It serves as a communication tool between the organization and its users, informing them about the types of data collected, its purpose, and how it will be used.
