To ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience with Felix, your business must meet the following company-level prerequisites:
Registered Australian Entity: Your brand or company must be legally registered in Australia and authorised to operate as a short-term rental provider. This ensures compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
Primary Point of Contact: Please nominate a dedicated person for Felix to liaise with. This contact will be responsible for providing key information about your company and property portfolio during onboarding and ongoing operations.
Brand Assets: Your company should have its own brand identity, including:
A company logo (in high-resolution format)
Brand colour codes
Social media links (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Communication Channel: Create and provide a dedicated email address specifically for all Felix-related communications. This helps streamline support and correspondence. (See more)
Functional Points of Contact: If possible, please assign or nominate contact persons for:

- Email and Website management
Having these prerequisites in place ensures we can efficiently support your business and deliver a high standard of service from day one.
