99% of the time, automated error messages from Airbnb are related to a split second API glitch and are resolved immediately.
We would recommend following the process below to check the status of the relevant property. This process should always be followed before contacting Felix Support. This will generally give you a good indication as to whether there is anything wrong with the connection.
1. Select Channel Manager > AirBnB > Mapping
2. Select the relevant property the error message relates to.
3. Select Check Connection Status.
4. The status will be provided here, if the sync returns a status of "approved", the error message was most likely irrelevant.
If the error message keeps appearing relating to the same property or if the status is not approved, please contact Felix Support.
