The point of putting a property on hold in OTA+ is stop the owner from receiving owner statements. This could be due to the property being off the short term rental market temporarily, or it may be due to maintenance.

To begin, open the property settings either by using the Property Search bar up top or the Property > Property Search F2 menu option and double clicking on the correct property.



Next, click on the first tab, select the Property Status bar and from the options select either 'On Hold' or 'On Hold for Maintenance' and then click "Save Property Changes button". That will stop the owner payments being made and owner reports being sent out via the batch actions.
