The following needs to be completed in OTA+ when your account goes live, before opening any booking.
Click on Property > Property Search in the LHS menu
Double-click the relevant property
On first tab (Property) - tick 'Opt into Global Contingency' button bottom right of screen, or enter a unique contingency amount for that property, then save changes
On second tab (Property Owners) - enter 'Bank Account Details' for the owner, save changes
On third tab (Property Specific Fees) - click on 'Link Fee'
Select 'Management Fee', press 'Link Selected Fee' button
Click on fee, press 'Edit Selected Fee' button
Edit Percent to correct Management Fee % (inc GST), Apply percent to correct setting (check with Felix for your correct setting if unsure), save changes
