Felix PMS: We try to have all the solutions and FAQs you need right here on our site, however for more detail, our main Felix system is built on the Beds24 backend, and you can access all Beds24 help articles via this link


You can also click on the ? symbol on any page in the backend. This will open up the help articles for that page in the wiki:



PriceLabs: The PriceLabs support section is found by clicking on your account icon in the top right corner after you login into your PriceLabs account, then scroll down to 'Help'. Alternatively you can click on the red ? icon on any screen, or simply click here.


Duve (previously Wishbox): The Duve support section can be found by clicking here, or via the Help section above Settings near the bottom of the left hand menu panel in your Duve account. You can choose the Help Center to access the support pages, or click on the 'Getting Started' wizard to gain a better understanding of the online check-in, guidebook or upsell settings. You can also start a chat with the Duve support desk by pressing on the chat button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.



Operto Teams (previously VRScheduler): Operto Teams has a fantastic support section here. This can also be found by clicking on the question mark button found in the top right menu on any Operto Teams screen in the admin dashboard. Alternatively, you can start a chat by clicking on the Help button with the lifebuoy icon at the bottom right of any screen.
