We have set up your account so that when a security deposit is supposed to be charged from within Felix, you will receive a success or fail email informing you of the result.
If a security deposit has failed, in the Charges & Payments tab of the booking, you will see a failed security deposit payment in the Pending Payments section. If a guest informs you they have deposited funds to the card, you can reattempt the hold by clicking on the 3 vertical dots next to that failed payment and selecting 'Charge Now'.
For security deposits processed via Duve, on your 'tasks' screen you will see a gold shield icon for all bookings that have successfully charged security deposits. You can also open up the reservation and scroll down to the payments section where any charged deposits will be listed.
You can also locate all security deposits which are being withheld in your Stripe dashboard. Go to Payments and select 'Uncaptured' to view all currently withheld payments, or just click here.
