Sometimes you may have implemented a blackout through the calendar or booking rules functionality, you may have a same day booking cut-off time, or for some other reason, the property is showing as unavailable when it is available and you are wanting to open it up.


The quickest solution for this problem is to go to the Calendar page.


Choose the correct property and date window selected. Then make sure you have selected the 'inventory' row to appear. If you can't see the inventory row, click on the 'Show' button next to the selected property box and tick the 'Inventory' box, then save.

Once the inventory row is showing, you will see that the inventory should say 1 (or more for multi unit properties such as hotel rooms) when the property is available, and 0 (or occasionally -1) when the property is not available. If you are confident the property should be available, then you can click on the number next to the suitcase icon of the first day you want to override. Please note, if you click on the suitcase icon instead, that will take you to the add new booking page for a booking starting on that date.

The following screen will pop up. Change the inventory to 1, choose the dates you want to override, choose which days of the week if necessary, and then click on save.

Your inventory has now been updated. If you want to set that live on any channel, go to the channel page in the Channel Manager section and click on the Update button.
