We suggest you do the following at the beginning and end of every day:
Start of Day Tasks:
1) Check your Felix Dashboard for any issues (such as overbooking issues), diary entries, news items and to get a snapshot of your business. This is why it is important to set your dashboard up so it is giving you the information you require at a glance.

2) Check the Pending Payments page in Felix. This is where you can mark off channel collect payments as paid, check for any EFT payments which may be due, or process any manual credit card pending payments.

3) Check the Tasks page in Duve. See if guests have completed pre-check-in, paid any security deposits owing, and received their arrival instructions. You can also view reviews and any issues reported by guests checking out.

4) Check the Scheduling Calendar in Operto Teams. Check you have no unassigned upcoming tasks, check that the day looks organised properly and that staff will have enough time to complete all their tasks.

End of Day Tasks:
1) Check payments have been processed for new bookings by viewing your financials dashboard, or going to the Booking List and filtering by booking date, most recent first.
2) Check the Issues section of Operto Teams for anything outstanding which needs to be seen to.

3) Check the Operto Teams Scheduling List for any tasks that were supposed to be completed which haven't been marked off by staff and investigate/mark as complete.
