You can create any number of groups of properties you like in the Felix PMS.
For example, you may want to be able to view all your 3BR properties at once on any given page, or define which properties allow pets.
In order to create a group or assign a property to a group, you need to go to the Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Booking Page > Property Settings page.
In the first 'Property Settings' section, you will see a 'Group Keywords' box. You will notice that we already use these settings for security deposit auto actions. You can create any group in this section, with each group item separated by commas:
Once a group has been saved, you can add other properties to that group by entering and saving the exact same wording in the same section for other properties.
You can then filter by that group in any setting in the top menu items (eg. Dashboard, Bookings, Reports, etc).
